Costa Taco Loyalty Program
Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The Costa Taco Loyalty Program (“Program”) rewards guests for eligible purchases made through the me&u ordering platform at participating Costa Taco venues. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
​

The Program is available to customers who place orders using the me&u ordering platform at participating Costa Taco venues.

Participants must be 18 years or older or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Participation is free and no purchase is required to join the Program, however purchases are required to earn rewards.
3. Earning Rewards

Members earn loyalty value when placing orders through me&u at participating Costa Taco venues.

For every $10 spent in a single transaction, $1 in loyalty credit will be earned.

Rewards are calculated on the total eligible spend after discounts and excluding taxes, service charges, and gratuities (if applicable).

Loyalty credit will automatically be added to the participant’s account associated with their order.
4. Redeeming Rewards

Earned loyalty credit may be redeemed on future eligible purchases at participating Costa Taco venues using the me&u platform.

Loyalty credit may be used toward food or beverage purchases where permitted.

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded.
5. Expiry of Rewards

Loyalty credit may expire if unused within 12 months from the date it was earned, unless otherwise stated by Costa Taco.

Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
6. Participating Venues

The Program is only valid at participating Costa Taco locations.

Costa Taco reserves the right to add or remove participating venues at any time.
7. Misuse and Fraud

Costa Taco reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or revoke loyalty credit if:

Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program is suspected

The Program is used in a way inconsistent with these Terms

Technical manipulation or unauthorized use occurs
8. Changes to the Program

Costa Taco may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future transactions.

9. Privacy
​
Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with the Costa Taco and/or me&u privacy policies and applicable privacy laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
​
To the extent permitted by law, Costa Taco is not responsible for:

Technical issues with the me&u platform

Lost or incorrectly applied rewards due to system errors

Interruptions or changes to the Program.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. General
​
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
