Costa Taco started in 2020 at the Currumbin Community Markets, grilling fresh tacos from subtropical Queensland produce—corn, limes, avocados, chillies—in a hot, sweaty climate that's just like Mexico. The community response was instant.

This sparked our mission to introduce Australia to authentic Mexican food and drinks, using the only best local produce but we've grown into much more: a vibrant community where people from all over the world share their culture, make new friends, and live their Australian adventure, alongside locals who love good food.
